Com duplo prazer, aproveito essa ocasião para em nome do Diretor Geral da UNESCO, Dr. Amadu Mattar Renbou e de meu próprio, desejar o maior êxito nas deliberações deste Seminário, que começa segunda-feira, e que tem agora a sua Abertura Oficial. Como é do conhecimento de todos a UNESCO dá a maior importância ao programa de bibliotecas universitárias e através do seu programa geral de informação procura apoiar o desenvolvimento destas bibliotecas em todo o mundo.
